What to expect
Your appointment, step by step.
Arrival
Arrive 5 minutes early. We’ll welcome you, offer you water and go over your client form.
Consultation
We talk about your skin, allergies, medications and what you expect from the service.
Your service
We explain every step. If anything feels uncomfortable, we stop.
Before you leave
We give you aftercare instructions and, if you like, book your next visit.
Book your next visit before you leave and we’ll add a complimentary brow tint or hydrating mask to it.
Prepare
How to arrive ready.
Facials
- If you can, come without makeup.
- Tell us if you use retinoids, exfoliating acids or prescription skin products.
- Avoid home exfoliation and facial waxing for 3 days before.
- Men: best not to shave on the day of your appointment.
Brows and lashes
- Come without mascara or brow makeup.
- If you wear contact lenses, bring your case: we’ll ask you to remove them for lash services.
- Don’t tweeze or tint your brows yourself in the 2 weeks before.
Waxing
- Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long, about the size of a grain of rice.
- Don’t shave between waxing appointments.
- Avoid direct sun and lotions on the area on the day of your appointment.
Head Spa
- Come with hair free of styling products if you can.
- Tell us about any scalp condition.
Patch test
For tints, lamination, lifts and extensions.
If it’s your first time with one of these services, we do a small sensitivity test with the product before your appointment. It’s quick and free. Please do it at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Deposit and cancellation
How we protect your time, and everyone’s.
- Deposit
- $25 on services from $60 to $149, and $50 on services of $150 or more (for example lash extensions, Head Spa and the Full Moon Ritual). It comes off your service total.
- Changes and cancellations
- Give us at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit moves to your new appointment.
- Running late
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten your service, charged in full, or reschedule it as a late cancellation.
- No-shows
- If you don’t arrive or let us know, 50% of the service is charged (your deposit applies to that charge).
- Payment
- Credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and cash.

After your appointment
Aftercare for every service.
Facials
- Wear sunscreen every day, even when it’s cloudy.
- Skip heavy makeup for the rest of the day.
- No exfoliants, retinoids or sauna for 48 hours.
- Drink water and follow the routine we recommended.
Brow lamination and tint
- Keep brows dry for 24 hours.
- Avoid steam, sauna and intense exercise that day.
- Brush your brows every morning and use a nourishing oil after 24 hours.
Lash lift and tint
- Keep lashes dry for 24 hours.
- No lash curler or waterproof mascara.
- Sleep on your back the first night if you can.
Lash extensions
- Keep them dry for 24 hours.
- Avoid oil-based products around the eyes.
- Clean them daily with an oil-free cleanser and brush them through.
- Don’t rub or pull them. Come back for a fill every 2 to 3 weeks.
Waxing
- Avoid sun, pools, sauna and intense exercise for 24 hours.
- Wear loose clothing over the treated area.
- After 48 hours, exfoliate gently twice a week to prevent ingrown hairs.
Head Spa
- Keep heavy products out of your hair for the rest of the day.
- Drink water and enjoy the lightness.

How does the first-visit courtesy work?
On your first visit we take $15 off any service of $60 or more. Mention it when you book.
Can I bring my teenage daughter?
Our teen facial is coming soon. Anyone under 18 needs signed consent from a parent or guardian.
Do you offer medical or invasive procedures?
No. LUNÉVIA is an esthetics studio and only offers services within the scope of a Florida Facial Specialist license.
